At BestLEDSigns, we strive to ensure that all orders are shipped in a timely and efficient manner. We currently offer shipping to customers within the United States and Canada.

Order Processing & Production Times

Window LED Signs

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping timeframes vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Outdoor LED Signs

Production time for Outdoor LED Signs varies, but normal turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. This production time is in addition to shipping time.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Window LED Signs

Standard shipping via FedEx Freight typically takes 1-3 business days after processing.

Outdoor LED Signs

Due to the size and weight of outdoor signs, we offer three delivery options:

• Freight Carrier: Professional freight delivery service
• In-House Delivery: Delivery via our own delivery trucks (available in select areas)
• Customer Pickup: Pick up your sign directly from our factory

Your delivery method will be determined based on your location, sign specifications, and preference.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. For outdoor LED signs, rates may also vary depending on the delivery method selected. Customers will be able to view applicable shipping rates during the checkout process.

Delivery Timeframes

Window LED Signs

Standard shipping (FedEx Freight) typically takes 1-3 business days after order processing.

Outdoor LED Signs

• Freight Carrier: 3-7 business days after production completion
• In-House Delivery: Scheduled delivery within our service area (timeframe will be communicated upon order)
• Customer Pickup: Available immediately upon production completion

Please note that these timeframes may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or other events that may impact delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For freight deliveries and in-house deliveries, you will be contacted directly to coordinate delivery scheduling.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some products may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to state or federal regulations.

For outdoor LED signs requiring freight delivery, a commercial address or residence with suitable access for large delivery vehicles may be required. Our team will contact you to confirm delivery requirements during order processing.
